Our X2 Asia Global Member, Lemon Cargo Management has to do the urgent shipment of Machinery. The ETA was on Sunday 23 Oct at the airport and the customs clearance was on 24 Oct. The challenge was all operations have to be done during the weekend and public holidays so Lemon cargo's team prepared in advance, contacted the customs department for overtime clearance on Monday(public holiday), and all documents were prepared and submitted in advance to ensure a smooth process without fail.

The shipment was machinery, and the customer of Lemon Cargo had already prepared all installment engineers team for the shipment on 25 Oct. Lemon has to ensure all customs clearance is done and delivered on time to avoid any delay when the customer’s factory opens on Tuesday 25 Oct.
